Currently, Ryan serves as the Regional Director at Build Recruitment, leading a team in the housing sector across London and the south east. Prior to this, Ryan held positions as an Associate Director and Divisional Manager. Ryan Smart attended Bexleyheath School from 2000 to 2005.
