Build SOS evaluates and rebuilds processes for the digital age by combining design-thinking insights and business process solutions for the residential construction industry. We focus on performance and client satisfaction by delivering on the requirements, with scalable solutions, that expand with changing environments so many contractors and homeowners face today.

Build SOS is a privately-held U.S. based company. As a Business Process and Technology company, Build SOS leads all of its engagements with a process and digital transformation mindset. We leverage our deep residential construction experience to rethink and rebuild processes for the digital age by combining the speed and insight of “design thinking” with the scale and accuracy of data collection to provide an end-user customer experience which is revolutionary to the residential homebuilding industry. We intend to help homeowners and contractors - across industries and audiences - from government to construction retail services and manufacturers – to achieve greater agility through transformed and automated customer experiences.

Headquartered in Covington, Louisiana, Build SOS works along the existing residential homebuilding lifecycle continuum by providing inherent realities for our customers to identify IT and process enhancements that can be resolved by business process improvement within a structured management methodology.
