Cindy Pineda

Cindy Pineda is the current Director of Pathways at BUILD. Cindy has also been Vice President of Marketing at NSHMBA- NYC Chapter, Assistant Director of Field Projects at New York University, and an Activity Leader & Summer Program Coordinator Assistant at EC NY.

Pineda graduated from New York University in 2012 with a degree in Communications. While completing their degree, they worked as a Community Marketing Representative for Village Voice Media.

Cindy Pineda has a M.A. in International Education Development from New York University, a B.A. in Psychology/Public Policy from University of California, Berkeley, and an A.A. in Psychology from El Camino College. Cindy also has a minor in Psychology from Santa Monica College.

Cindy Pineda works with Ryan Oliver - Regional Executive Director, Bay Area & LA, Sue Dalelio - Senior Advisor to the CEO, and Chymeka Olfonse - Regional Executive Director, NYC. Cindy Pineda reports to Ayele Shakur, CEO.
