David Peinsipp

David Peinsipp is the Partner & Co-Chair of Global Capital Markets at Cooley LLP, specializing in corporate law and securities, including public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. They represent a diverse range of clients, from emerging companies to investment banks and financial institutions. David is also a National Board Member at BUILD and previously served as an Associate and Partner at Cooley LLP, where they contributed to over 40 IPOs. They earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 1998.
