Sybil Wells is a seasoned professional in youth development and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Executive Director at BUILD, where they focus on empowering students to achieve economic freedom. With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Sybil has held various leadership roles, including Vice President at United Way of New York City and Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bellport Area. Sybil possesses a strong background in social justice, economic mobility, and educational equity, and is recognized for implementing impactful programs and partnerships aimed at helping at-risk communities. They hold degrees from Hofstra University and Adelphi University, further enhancing their expertise in organizational strategy and development.
