Steven Spriggs

Steven Spriggs has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain operations, process management, and logistics. Steven currently holds the position of Director Strategic Sourcing at BuildASign since 2023. In this role, they have implemented controls to mitigate supply chain risks and increased revenue covered by multiple sources. Previously, they served as the Strategic Sourcing Manager and Supply Chain Operations Manager at BuildASign, where they expanded the supplier base, developed corrective action plans to reduce out-of-stocks, and initiated various projects to improve the supply chain framework.

Prior to BuildASign, Steven worked as a Warehouse Manager - Buyer at Tomlinson's Feed and Pets, where they transitioned to direct OEM procurement and developed scalable delivery routes. At Serendipity Wine, they worked as an Operations Manager and later as a Warehouse Manager, overseeing warehouse operations, managing fleet and delivery personnel, and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier relationships. Throughout their career, Steven has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage teams, improve processes, and achieve cost reductions while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Steven Spriggs attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. Their field of study encompassed Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
