Brian Tesch has extensive experience in operations and business management across various sectors. Currently serving in operations at BuildCasa since July 2024, Tesch previously held the position of Director of Business Operations at Multitaskr for a brief period in mid-2024. At Cottage from November 2020 to June 2024, Tesch significantly contributed as a Senior Advisor and Operations Lead by launching the Risk & Success team and leading City Operations initiatives that streamlined permitting processes. Earlier roles include managing residential construction projects at Cottage, evaluating investment properties as an Investment Associate at Unison Home Ownership Investors, and transforming a multi-family residential property at 49er Apartment Homes. Tesch began a career in financial analysis at NW Trout Farms. Tesch holds a degree in Economics and Business from Western Oregon University.
