Ray Williams

Ray Williams is currently the Certification Manager at Buildcert where Ray manages the Commercial Certification Team. Prior to that, Ray worked as a Senior Building Surveyor at Cessnock City Council. Ray holds a degree in Building Surveying and Construction Engineering Technologies from Western Sydney University, as well as diplomas in Building Construction Technology and Environmental Health & Building Surveying from TAFE NSW.
