Bruce Bloomingdale

Bruce Bloomingdale began their work experience as a Partner at Mayer Brown LLP in 1997 and remained in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. In 2017, they joined Dechert LLP as a Partner and worked there until 2019. Bloomingdale then became a Partner at Crossover Partners from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at Builder Circle, a company that provides streamlined loan underwriting and construction draw processes for real estate investors.

Bruce Bloomingdale received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University in 1990. Bruce then pursued further education at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 1994 to 1997.
