Sajal Chaplot

Sajal Chaplot has a diverse work experience in product design and UX design. Starting in 2017 as a UX Design Intern at Interaction One, they designed efficient systems for crowdfunding and medical tele-consulting. Sajal also worked as a UX Design Intern at Next Education India Pvt Ltd in 2018, where they conducted usability testing and recommended modifications for their learning management system. In 2019, they joined Infosys as a Lead Experience Design, focusing on UX design. Sajal continued their lead experience design role at WONGDOODY in 2020. From 2021 to 2023, Sajal worked at Postman as a Product Designer, where they redesigned the free trial experience, improved paid conversion, and optimized activation funnels. In 2023, they also took on the role of Design Mentor at adplist.org. Currently, they are a Product Designer at Builder.io. Prior to their professional career, Sajal held various roles at Techniche, IIT Guwahati, where they led web operations and organized Model United Nations events.

Sajal Chaplot began their education in 2001 at Lakshmipat Singhania School where they completed their schooling in the field of Science in 2013. Following that, they attended Shiv Jyoti senior Secondary School in Kota from 2013 to 2015, but did not obtain a specific degree during this time. Finally, they pursued a Bachelor of Design degree at the Indian Institute of Technology in Guwahati from 2015 to 2019.
