Phil Martin

Phil Martin is an experienced Lead Engineer and Co-Founder of BuilderPlan, established in January 2025, which focuses on enhancing the construction industry by replacing complex Gantt charts with a visual Whiteboard for real-time scheduling and team alignment. Prior to BuilderPlan, Phil co-founded GamePlan Global Solutions Inc. in 2015, developing a planning application to improve efficiency for various organizations. Phil's extensive development background includes roles at Situ Systems, where contributions involved VR walkthroughs and marketing images for home builders, as well as a tenure at naveze aimed at increasing engagement. Phil also founded and sold Bitplex Pty Ltd, overseeing growth and development across multiple technologies. Previous positions include software engineering roles at Flexco, MineSched Software International, and Gemcom Software International, where Phil specialized in software tools for engineering and mining applications. Phil holds a Bachelor of Mathematical Science degree from CQUniversity.
