Val Davis

Val Davis currently serves as the Vice President of Servicing & Special Assets at Builders Capital since February 2024, following a diverse career trajectory in asset management and workforce development. Prior roles include Vice President of Asset Management at Upright and various leadership positions such as Director of Business Strategy and VP of Business Operations. Val's experience also extends to Women Building Futures, where contributions included Senior Strategist and Project Lead for the Val Works initiative. Earlier career highlights include roles at Grand River Employment and Training and Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre, focusing on employment and training services.
