Ana Montes has extensive experience in human resources and inside sales management, currently serving as Inside Sales Manager and previously holding various positions at Builders FirstSource since March 2013, including Operations Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager. Montes has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations across multiple states. Prior to Builders FirstSource, Montes worked at Telect and SPX Cooling Technologies, where responsibilities included HR generalist functions, payroll processing, and management of employee data and HRIS systems.
