Bruce Seidner

Bruce Seidner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, operations, and engineering. Currently serving as a Window & Door Specialist at Builders FirstSource since July 2022, Bruce previously held the position of Trade Commercial Project Coordinator at Pella Corporation from January 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing sales contracts and addressing recovery issues. During a long tenure at Pella Corporation from 1991 to October 2020, Bruce excelled as Sales Manager for North Florida & South Georgia, achieving significant sales growth and facilitating the integration of an independently owned distributor into a corporate subsidiary, as well as serving as Vice President of Operations, overseeing multiple operational functions across the region. Earlier experience includes the role of Operations Manager at Robert Hunt Corporation from 1984 to 1991, and as an Industrial Engineer at John Deere from 1980 to 1983, where cost-saving initiatives were implemented. Bruce holds an M.B.A. from Drake University and a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University.
