Doug Williams

Doug Williams is an experienced market and general manager with a strong background in the building materials industry. Currently serving as Market Manager at Builders FirstSource since July 2020, Doug also holds the position of General Manager for Builders FirstSource/Probuild since July 2010, overseeing operations at three locations and responsible for all aspects of general management. Prior roles include Area Sales Manager, where Doug managed sales across nine facilities and developed training programs for over 40 sales representatives, and Sales Manager at BFS Studio 1, where Doug played a pivotal role in designing and building a luxury showroom for specialized design services. Doug’s career began at Valley Lumber Co., Inc. as an Outside Sales Representative from June 1990 to July 2010.
