Fabio Testa is currently the Millwork Operations Manager for the Northwest Region at Builders FirstSource, a position held since 2025. They also serve as the General Manager of Door/Millwork at PARR, starting in 2022. Previously, Fabio was a Regional Manager at Parr Lumber Company from 2004 to 2022. Fabio earned a degree in Communication from Oregon State University between 1990 and 1994.
