Frank Tigges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and sales, currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Builders FirstSource since April 2016. Previously, Frank held the position of Senior Vice President of Technology Innovation at Lumen Technologies from July 2018 to January 2025, where expertise was built in leading global technology teams and delivering advanced cloud infrastructure services across various industries. As Technical Director at Iron Mountain from May 2013 to June 2018, Frank was instrumental in establishing the Enterprise Architecture & Platforms organization, overseeing critical aspects of global technology operations and governance. Additionally, Frank's career includes a role as Project Manager at Volico Data Centers, focusing on IT operations across Europe, Nigeria, and Turkey. Frank holds an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Iowa State University and has furthered education through Wharton Executive Education.
