Gayatri Narayan

Gayatri Narayan currently serves as President of Technology at Builders FirstSource, beginning in June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President for Digital Products and Services at PepsiCo, leading teams across various digital transformation initiatives from May 2021 to June 2025. Prior to PepsiCo, Gayatri held multiple positions at Microsoft, including General Engineering Manager for Power Virtual Agents and General Manager of Intelligent Communications. Gayatri's earlier career at Amazon included General Manager roles in Global Marketplace Shipping and Logistics, Product Evaluation for Amazon Fashion, and Marketing for Books and Video Games. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Starcom MediaVest Group, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Thomson Reuters, alongside a brief tenure as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Gayatri earned an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as advanced degrees in Computer Science and Engineering.
