Jena Mitchell

Jena Mitchell has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Director of Operations Finance at Builders FirstSource since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing annual budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis for regional business units while building relationships with key business leaders. Prior to this, Jena held positions such as Senior Financial Analyst at UCHealth, focusing on revenue cycle reporting for multiple hospitals, and various roles at The Exchange (Retail), including FP&A Financial Analyst II, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across 24 facilities. Jena began the career with foundational roles including Office Assistant at the City of Stillwater Community Center and Teller at Farmers & Merchants Bank, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Management, and Finance from Oklahoma State University.
