Jet Haggerty

Jet Haggerty has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as Learning and Performance Manager at Builders FirstSource since November 2004. In this high-profile role, Jet leads the development and delivery of corporate programs focused on leadership, sales, and customer service, while also conducting needs analysis for national leadership development initiatives. Prior to this, Jet held positions such as Senior Corporate Training Specialist and Manager of Training and Development in various regions. Jet's earlier career includes significant contributions at Keybank, where responsibilities spanned internal consulting and the creation of training curriculums, along with successful implementations of training models used nationwide. Jet's foundational experience in customer service management and sales has also led to substantial performance improvements in team metrics and sales goals. Education includes training from the Disney Institute of Leadership.
