Jim Lynch

Jim Lynch is an experienced professional in the building materials and construction services industry, currently serving as the Installed Sales Manager at Builders FirstSource since November 2017. Prior to this role, Jim held positions including Department Manager at BMC - Building Materials and Construction Services following its acquisition of Robert Bowden Inc., where Jim served as Division Manager. Jim was the President and Managing Partner of Impact Global Services, a parent company for Air Reliant Service and Watchdog Property Services, from its inception in 2011 until early 2014, and previously founded Watchdog Property Services to address needs in property management during the economic downturn. Jim also demonstrated significant leadership as General Manager at Ply Marts Inc., where sales were increased from $6 million to over $24 million, and as a Sales Representative at Plymart. Jim's educational background includes a focus on Criminal Justice at Daytona State College, along with certification as a Police Officer in Florida.
