Joe Carpenter

Joe Carpenter is an experienced professional in the construction and building materials industry, currently serving as General Manager at the Carrollton Window plant for Builders FirstSource since March 2012. In addition to overseeing operations at the plant, Joe has held various roles within the same company, including Area Product Planner, where responsibilities included assisting in the opening of two locations and designing I-joist floor systems. Joe is also a Project Manager at Collin Bryan Construction, specializing in insurance claims related to roofing and home damage. Previous experience includes self-employment in roofing sales, a position at Sanger Tractor Sales, and a range of roles at Builders FirstSource/Probuild, including operations management and inside sales. Joe began a career in the industry as a load puller and yard worker at Kapers Building Material Inc. Joe is a graduate of North Newton High School, class of 1994.
