John McCormack

John McCormack has extensive experience in the construction and building materials industry, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently, John serves as a Design Manager at Builders FirstSource and BMC – Building Materials and Construction Services, positions held since June 2008. Prior to these roles, John worked as a Truss Designer at Anderson Truss from 2005 to 2007, and as a Truss Designer at Walker Lumber Company Inc from 1996 to 2005. John began his career in the industry as an Assistant Production Manager at Reeds Lumber from 1988 to 1996, followed by a role as a Forklift Operator / Sawyer at California Cascade from 1986 to 1988. John's early experience includes serving as a Truss Builder / Crew Chief at Trusscom between June 1981 and January 1986.
