Jon Pepple

Jon Pepple is an experienced VoIP Engineer currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Builders FirstSource since February 2013, managing phone systems for over 500 nationwide locations primarily using Cisco technologies. Previously, Jon held various technical roles including NOC Administrator and Service Desk Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in a contact center with over 10,000 employees, training, incident management, and quality assurance. Prior to Builders FirstSource, Jon worked as a Help Desk Analyst for Catholic Health Initiatives and supported the US Department of the Interior, gaining extensive experience in troubleshooting and managing customer support operations. Jon began a professional career in IT as a Help Desk Analyst for Lockheed Martin Information Technology, focusing on resolving technical issues across multiple business units. Jon completed high school at Ponderosa High School, earning a diploma in 2002.
