JR Hapes has extensive experience in sales, with a career spanning over two decades in the building materials and construction services industry. Currently a Sales Representative at Builders FirstSource since January 2021, JR previously held similar positions at BMC from September 2013 to January 2021 and Pro-Build Holdings from July 2002 to September 2013. JR began in the industry as a Sales Coordinator at Trussway Ltd. from May 1999 to 2002. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business from Collin College, attended from 1994 to 1997, along with studies at the University of North Texas from 1997 to 1998 and attendance at The University of Southern Mississippi in 1993-1994.
