Kris Falder has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Builders FirstSource since October 2012. In this role, Kris provides comprehensive HR support to over 2,000 team members across more than 100 locations, focusing on financial and operational objectives through effective HR initiatives.
