Lea Allah has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Builders FirstSource since June 2004. In this role, Lea oversees the implementation of HR policies and initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive workplace culture while collaborating with leadership to enhance talent strategies and workforce engagement.
