Matt Petricca

Matt Petricca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and portfolio management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at Builders FirstSource since May 2022, Matt focuses on optimizing delivery and portfolio management organizations to enhance stability and predictability. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director at Thrivent, concentrating on stabilizing delivery organizations to positively impact clients. Experience at Oshkosh Corporation involved establishing and centralizing the enterprise PMO, while a lengthy tenure at AT&T encompassed roles that ranged from managing client relationships to leading global deployments.
