Currently serving as the Gulf-South Regional Safety Manager at Builders FirstSource, Michael has previously held positions such as Safety System Manager at Tilson and Occupational Safety Manager in the United States Air Force. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles, they focus on improving organizational capabilities and reducing employee injuries through strategic planning in both domestic and global operations.
