Michelle Chapman

Michelle Chapman has extensive experience in human resources, project coordination, and management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Corporate Human Resources Specialist at Builders FirstSource since August 2022, Michelle previously worked as a Human Resources Project Coordinator for the Boy Scouts of America, where responsibilities included maintaining HR records and conducting onboarding sessions. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Children's Ministries at Living Hope Church, where volunteer coordination and staff management were key duties, and Missionary Associate at AGWM, overseeing church administration and youth activities in the Netherlands.
