Minator Azemi

Minator Azemi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Builders FirstSource since November 2019, Minator has previously held positions as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel within the same organization. Prior experience includes an associate role in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at Thompson & Knight LLP from September 2014 to November 2019, as well as summer associate positions at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP and Thompson & Knight LLP. Minator Azemi holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Political Communication) and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
