Odessa Nelson

Odessa Nelson is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Sr Director of HR Program Management and M&A at Builders FirstSource since April 2021, following the merger with BMC. In this role, Odessa acts as a liaison between field and corporate HR teams, identifies process improvements, and manages the implementation of various HR initiatives.
