Richard Bridges

Richard Bridges has extensive experience in the building materials industry, holding various leadership positions across several companies. Notably, Richard served as Area Vice President, Market Sales Manager, and Area Sales Manager at Builders FirstSource from March 2012 to February 2025, a period that included the merger with ProBuild in 2015. Prior to that, Richard held roles as Regional Sales Manager and General Manager Operations at ProBuild from August 2009 to October 2011. Earlier positions include Sales Manager and Outside Sales Representative at Harbert Lumber Co from May 2002 to August 2009, and Outside Sales Representative at AC Houston Lumber Company from April 1995 to April 2002. Richard further enhanced professional expertise through education at the SMU Cox School of Business, earning a certificate in Essentials of Finance and Accounting in 2020, following studies at Fort Lewis College in 1993.
