Russell Estrella is a seasoned Truss Designer III and Estimator at BMC, bringing over 40 years of experience in the truss industry, from stacking block packages to managing a truss plant. Previously, they served as Truss Department Manager at Harris & Sloan Consulting Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Currently, Russell works as an Estimating Project Manager-Offshore at Builders FirstSource since 2020. They are committed to enhancing customer experiences throughout the submittal process to plate line delivery by collaborating with project engineers to create efficient and cost-effective truss packages. Russell's educational background includes a focus on Computer Programming from Sierra College and a high school diploma from Casa Roble High School.
