Shaun Birge

Shaun Birge, CPA, currently serves as the Accountant Lead at Builders FirstSource since May 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in accounting and financial analysis. Prior roles include Senior Revenue Accountant at Hanger, Inc., and Senior Accountant positions at both VaroTeam and the State of Michigan, where Shaun was responsible for journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis. Shaun also has a background in auditing from RSM US LLP, having overseen significant audit activities and improved accounting operations efficiency. Previous experience includes roles at Pulte Group, Inc., and Charles Morgan, contributing to extensive financial reporting and transaction management. Shaun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Howard University and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Oakland Community College.
