Stephanie Rice has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional Manager of Human Resources at Builders FirstSource since January 2015, overseeing HR functions for 38 locations and 1200 employees. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Payroll and Benefits Administrator at Whole Foods Market from January 2014 to January 2015, where responsibilities included HR administration and bi-weekly payroll processing for over 280 employees, along with conducting various training programs. Stephanie’s career at Whole Foods Market also included an earlier role as Payroll and Benefits Administrator/Purchasing from December 2006 to May 2011, contributing to a strong foundation in HR management and operations.
