Tom Stella

Tom Stella currently serves as Assistant General Manager at Builders FirstSource since June 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of Vice President of Operations and Administration at USCutter from December 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included P&L oversight and team leadership, along with the implementation of a Lean culture focused on continuous improvement. Prior experience includes roles at L'Oréal as Director of Retail Supply Chain for Nordstrom and Director of Account Supply Chain for CVS Caremark, and a pivotal role at Clarisonic as Director of Customer Service & Care after its acquisition by L'Oréal. Earlier career experience includes positions at GSK as Customer Logistics Manager and Distribution Manager. Tom holds an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration & Management from La Roche University.
