Consult - AI strategy, readiness assessments, policy, and buy vs. build decisions. We also work as interim Chief AI Officers for companies that need full-scope AI leadership.

Build - production agents and automations. Voice agents, GTM agents, knowledge systems, custom workflows. Scoped, built, deployed, handed over.
