Brian Pace

Brian Pace has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries, currently serving as President of Pace Development Group, Inc. since January 1994, where responsibilities include managing construction operations, business development, and client services. In addition to this role, Brian is a member of the Board of Directors for Builders Mutual Insurance Company and the Job-Site Safety Institute, and has held the position of Past President for the North Carolina Homebuilders Association and the Home Builders Association of Charlotte. Additionally, Brian has been the Managing Director of Gailyn Properties, overseeing several rental apartment properties in Charlotte, NC, since 1995. Prior to these roles, project management experience includes serving as a Project Engineer, Estimator, and Purchasing Agent with Centex from 1992 to 1994. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, completed in 1992.
