Lori Caldwell

Lori Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Claims and previously as Claims Operations Manager at Builders Mutual Insurance Company since January 2019, Lori has demonstrated leadership and expertise in claims management. Prior to this role, Lori was the Director of Children's Ministry at Princeton Church of God from September 2016 to July 2018. Lori's career in insurance began at Nationwide, where positions included Personal Lines Casualty Claims Manager and Claims Associate from June 1999 to April 2017. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Education, with a focus on Biology, from East Carolina University, completed in 1996.
