Rob Matuga

Rob Matuga serves as the Executive Director at the Job-Site Safety Institute and as the Director of Industry Affairs at Builders Mutual Insurance Company, positions held since September 2022. Previously, Rob held the role of Assistant Vice President for Labor, Safety & Health Policy at the National Association of Home Builders from January 2001 to September 2022, where strategic leadership was provided to address construction safety and workers’ compensation concerns. Earlier career experiences include Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, Safety Engineer at Advancia Corporation, and Safety Programs Analyst/Accountant at CGH Technologies. Rob Matuga holds a Master of Science in Safety and Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, both from West Virginia University.
