Jocelyn Doe

General Partner at Builders VC

Jocelyn is a General Partner and founding member of Builders VC. She focuses on fintech-enabled vertical platforms and heads special situation investments, capital formation, and manages LP relationships.

Prior to managing private capital, Jocelyn spent nearly two decades as an investment banker advising technology companies and was based in New York, Hong Kong, and Menlo Park. At Morgan Stanley, she advised early Internet companies to raise $30 billion in debt and equity financings. At Lehman, she built the firm's first Asian equity capital business from scratch into a franchise business for cross-border IPOs.

Jocelyn has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards. Jocelyn served on the Board and Audit Committee of Fidelity International, a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. In addition, Jocelyn served on the Boards of Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund and the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art.

Jocelyn graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School, where she won the Dean's Merit Fellowship in entrepreneurship.
