Nigel Blake

Nigel Blake is a law student associate at Marquette University Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, providing legal counsel to entrepreneurs and startups while certified under the Wisconsin Student Practice Rule. Past experience includes serving as a summer associate at Keyes & Fox LLP, where Nigel focused on energy agreements related to the Inflation Reduction Act. As a legal and investment intern at Builders Vision, Nigel collaborated with in-house counsel on grants, investments, and contract negotiations. Nigel held the position of Director of Sales and Seller Acquisitions at DoorBell, managing teams and specializing in residential property transactions. Previous experience includes a role as a Renewable Energy Solar Sales Professional at Sunder Energy, where Nigel was part of a high-performing sales team. Currently enrolled in Marquette University for both an MBA and a JD, Nigel also advises on a closed-end real estate fund for student investors at the Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership.
