David Arnold

David Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David has worked at Buildertrend since 2016, holding positions such as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development. In these roles, they were responsible for evaluating market outlook, developing new strategies, and managing corporate planning. Prior to Buildertrend, David worked at Straight Shot as the Managing Director, overseeing venture capital activities and advising portfolio companies. David also has experience at MindMixer as the Director of Client Services and Director of Account Management, where they focused on strategic planning and improving client satisfaction. David has a background in law, having worked at Conley Investment Counsel, City of Omaha, and the University of Nebraska College of Law in various capacities. David has also interned at Sherrets, Bruno, & Vogt, Kissel E&S Associates, Nebraska Attorney General's Office, and the United States Senate.

David Arnold completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University from 2003 to 2007. David then pursued further education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, David earned the Series 65 certification from FINRA in April 2012. David also obtained the title of Attorney from the Colorado Supreme Court in 2010. It is unclear when or where they obtained the Mediator certification.
