Megan Erickson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and implementation at Buildertrend since April 2018, holding various positions including Senior Customer Success Coach II, Implementation Specialist, and Onboarding Specialist, among others. Prior to Buildertrend, Megan worked at Oak Hills Country Club as a Beverage Cart Attendant and gained early experience as an Assistant Teacher at Garden Patch Learning Center. Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and previously attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
