Tyler Keyser

Tyler Keyser serves as General Counsel at Buildertrend, the leading residential construction management software company backed by Bain Capital, Serent Capital, and HGGC since January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing all legal activities such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Prior to this role, Tyler was a Partner at Koley Jessen P.C., L.L.O. from August 2020 to December 2023, providing strategic counsel on matters including venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance. Additionally, Tyler contributed to the Hickenlooper 2020 Presidential Campaign as a member of the political and policy teams from 2018 to 2019 and worked as a Corporate Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from October 2014 to August 2018, representing various clients in M&A and corporate transactions. Tyler holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from Hastings College, with a double major in Marketing and Philosophy.
