BuildGenie is building a platform that connects enterprises with vetted, local datacenter technicians — directly.

The IT field services industry has relied on fragmented vendor networks, manual dispatch, and multiple agency layers for too long. We're designing a better way: one platform where IT teams can find qualified technicians faster, and where technicians can access transparent rates, build their professional reputation, and work on their terms.

We're currently in early access, building alongside the IT leaders and field engineers who'll use the platform every day.

Founded by industry veterans who've built products at Google, IBM, Cognizant, and other leading technology companies.

Specialties: IT field services, datacenter technicians, smart hands, break/fix, rack & stack, field operations, on-demand IT support
