Building Assure Inc. (soon to be Building Assure PBC) was formed on April 6, 2022. Our mission is to be the catalyst for small building sustainability:
-	assure healthy, safe buildings and educate building stakeholders
-	lower controllable operating expenses and grow revenue
-	decarbonize buildings and avoid wasting our planet’s limited resources
-	offer services that are accessible, affordable, and valued by all communities

88% of existing US commercial buildings are small buildings

Small building owners can no longer afford to be reactive or indecisive

For $1/day/tenant, we will offer an intuitive, easy to use solution available on any device, anytime, anywhere:

-	Data to support evaluation and resolution
-	Technical skills are not required
-	ROI data for repair, replace, or do-nothing decisions
-	Service performed checked and validated for quality
