Their team consists of creative counsellors, psychologists, therapists specializing in dance, movement, creative arts, play, social work, trauma, drama, early years development, speech, and education. They provide one-on-one therapy, group therapy options, parent support and training, couples and family therapy, and consultancy services.

Building Better Brains utilizes a strengths-based approach with a focus on building skills in attachment, emotional regulation, confidence, self-expression, and communication. This neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach aims to empower individuals to build healthier relationships and function better in life by building better brains! Together we can!
