Henrie de Jong

Henrie de Jong is a Project Leader in Social Innovation and Dynamic Connector at Building Changes, where they focus on guiding practical solutions for societal challenges since September 2021. With over 25 years of experience as a trainer, coach, and advisor, Henrie has worked with various organizations, including municipal departments, multi-disciplinary teams, and not-for-profit entities, on themes such as social participation and personal development. Previously, they held significant roles at Ortic BV, Langhenkel, and Radar, leading diverse projects aimed at training and reintegration for vulnerable populations. Henrie's educational background includes degrees in Communication Science and Strategic Management for non-profit organizations from prestigious universities in the Netherlands.
